The preferred car rental supplier to Cape AgriTours is Europcar, with rental depots all over South Africa, as well as selected locations in Namibia and Botswana.

Rental groups vary from small, light vehicles - ideal for individuals, couples or 2 friends travelling together, to family cars (also automatic), SUV's. 4x4 pick-up trucks and mini-vans.

Please note: Listed cars in the groups below, may vary from time to time and from depot to depot!

Rental rates (rates quoted below are valid until 31 October 2015) per car group, vary according to the rental period, insurance cover taken and other inclusions. Some ideas are given below.

This little guy is a fuel saver and great for the city.

R482 per day on classic plus cover

However, the following costs/payments are excluded:

• Once-off document administration (contract) fee of R70-00
• A fuel deposit of R1500-00 (held on credit card!)
• All fuel used
• Additional driver surcharges - once-off per rental
• Young driver surcharges - daily charge
• AND an excess liability payment that varies from R12650 (smallest car group) to R42900 (for the bigger vehicles) in the case of accidents/damage and theft in cases of neglegence on your part.

CLASSIC PLUS COVER
When taking the CLASSIC PLUS cover option, you get all the above PLUS the following:

• Water & under-carriage damage
• Damage due to sand-blasting
• Tyre & rim & hubcap damage
• Windscreen damage
• Most importantly, you now only pay a claim administration (initiation) fee and NO LONGER any excess charges!

The contract fee and fuel deposit (Credit card) is still payable, and of course the fuel you use.
