Croatian Winemakers

Lallemand Croatia (a supplier of yeast to the wine industry), has put together a group of winemakers from Croatia, Macedonia, Montenegro and Germany, who will visit the Western Cape in late January. They will visit a selected number of top wineries, to have discussions with the local winemakers on issues in the wine industry, and of course to savour the wonderful products of the Cape Winelands.
